We run your books in QuickBooks Online, connected directly to your bank. Your transactions flow in automatically, we do the accounting, and you get on with running your business. Here's what working with us looks like.

Step 1: A free 20-minute call

We learn about your business, how your books are kept today, and what you need. You'll get a clear monthly price before you commit to anything.

Step 2: Setup and onboarding

We set up QuickBooks Online, or take over your existing file, and securely connect your business bank accounts and credit cards. If your books are behind or messy, we'll catch them up first.

Step 3: Monthly bookkeeping

Every month we:

• Categorize and review every transaction

• Reconcile your bank and credit card accounts

• Prepare and file your GST/HST returns

• Send you a clear profit and loss and balance sheet

• Flag anything that needs your attention

Step 4: Year-end and tax

Because your books are kept clean all year, year-end is straightforward. We prepare your year-end financials and tax filings, and talk through the results with you.

What we need from you

• A few minutes a month to answer questions about unusual transactions

• Receipts uploaded from your phone or forwarded by email

• A heads-up about big changes: new hires, large purchases, a new location

Do I need to be in Ontario?

No. We work with businesses anywhere in Canada, entirely online.

What if I don't use QuickBooks Online?

We'll move you over during onboarding.

Can I still see my books?

Yes. You have your own QuickBooks Online login at any time.

Is my data secure?

QuickBooks Online uses bank-level encryption, and bank connections are read-only.

What if my books are a mess?

That's common. We'll quote a one-time cleanup before monthly service begins.
